Lump?

I just noticed this lump under my 1-year-old male Guinea pig. It doesn’t seem to be dirt, as I see fur growing out of it. It doesn’t seem to be sensitive, but is this an issue?

It's difficult to see any lump in the photo, but I wonder if it is (dirty) boar glue or mushed food that has got stuck close to the skin. If it is boar glue , you will just have to wait until it grows out or comes off of its own accord. Mushed food might be softened with water then removed.
