Lump on lip

Hello everyone

I’ve just noticed this little skin coloured lump/bump on my piggies lip. It doesn’t seem to be bothering him and he’s eating fine. Does anyone know what it could be? Should it be seen by a vet or is it a case of keep and eye on it?

Are you able to get a clearer photo? Have you noticed any changes in his behaviour or weight?
