Lump on guinea pigs cheek

oh goodness it’s one thing after another, i noticed about 3 days ago my cinnamon had a small lump on her right cheek, i’ll include an image- what could this be? should i take her to the vets or is this something i can help her with at home
kind of hard to see in the pictures but you can see the ruffled fur, she has no other symptoms, she doesn’t complain when i touch it so i don’t think she’s in pain

Please do see a vet. Any lump needs a hands on check as they can be caused by a multitude of things

Does it look like a normal scab? Or is there a lump there too? Maybe she got nipped by a cage mate?

it looks like a little black thing embedded in her skin, it’s a very real chance she got nipped by yam since their bonding isn’t going too well
 
I'd get it checked by a vet just in case it's an abscess or perhaps a bite from Yam that has become infected. Good luck, hopefully it's nothing serious 😊
