Lump on eye

Hi everyone, Peppa my 5 year old Rex has had a slow growing lump by her eye. I think it is one of those slow growing tricho…. Something ones. I am really worried about taking her to the vet as if it needs removal they would have to give her a anaesthetic. Every time I take a pig to the vet it ends up dead, ok some were not savable but they suffered before they passed. She is not unwell at all, fit and feisty in fact. Has anybody had a piggie with a face condition? I will take her to the vet in the new year but I am terrified to ok any drastic treatment. She is my special pig, I hand feed her through her not eating when she lost her mate and found her a new one I dont want to lose her. I have attached a picture, the lump is tiny but close to the eye. You might not make it out, but I tried.

All we can advise is to take her to the vet.
So sorry that you have had bad experiences so far and I can understand why you are wary of taking her.

When you take her to the vet they can only give you options, only you can make a decision about treatment.
