Lump on back

Hey guys!
My female guinea pig (4 years old this month), has appeared with a firm but not solid lump right on her back. No hair loss and her behaviour is completely normal, she doesn't react to touching it either - any info or advice would be great!

The best thing is to have her seen by a vet. Any lump needs a hands on vet check for diagnosis and therefore to find any possible treatments
