Found a ~1cm lump under the skin, don't seem to hurt when touched. Vet not open until monday, can it wait til then?

Unless the lump is growing very fast and quadrupling in size by tomorrow, it can wait until next week. Lumps often come up suddenly to a certain size but then settle down. If it is sitting loosely in the skin, chances are good that it is a harmless cyst or fatty lump.
