I put a bent grid over the ramp to separate Anna from the others while she recovers. Well I came in to find this.He was determined to see herhe had to climb the ramp, push up the grid with his nose, then somehow jump over the bent grid to get to his little wife.

How is Anna doing today?

She’s slowly getting better, she lost about 20g from yesterday, but that may be because she finally started pooping and peeing a lot. I put some hay in front of her this morning and she started munching on it! She won’t leave her little bed so I’ve just been piling hay in front of her. I’m still syringe feeding too, she is getting more feisty with that, she doesn’t love me sticking syringes in her mouth all day!

Getting feisty with the syringe is good cos it means she is probably eating enough for herself. Keep weighing her daily and top up if necessary once in the morning and once in the evening before you go to bed. 20g is the difference between and full and empty bladder. Its good that she is weeing and pooping too. Lots of poop is good!
