Love Bites

As the title states, I think it is possible I am getting "Love Bites". We have been handling our piggies very regular and although they are still nervous they have come on leaps and bounds, it really is fantastic.
Anyway Jip and Gromit have started to lick us accompanied with ever so gentle nips, also little nibbles on our clothing. I am hoping they are showing us some sort of trust and are slowly bonding with us but I am really unsure about this behaviour. I really hope they are not building up to huge nips lol. The nips do not hurt as such but their teeth are sharp and although I love them doing it it does wear down on your skin especially in the same spot.

Anybody else piggies do this?

Have a good read of Wiebke's guide and you will soon stop your piggies tweaking. It works like magic. I know - I've Wiebke to thank for helping me time my tweaker and turn her into a much loved pet!

Well I looked at the behaviour advice along with the biting and I attempted some of the gestures on Gromit and he especially loved the neck rubbing, his head went so high and I actually saw those cute lips everyone is going on about . I have a very strong feeling that those little nibbles I am getting might be something to be thankful for rather than to moan or worry about. I also think they are pop corning or dancing. They most certainly like my old dads irish music xx
