I've had three stair climbers - once I had one wrapped in a towel on a bottom step (when he was very young) whilst I was doing something important, like making a cup of tea. I returned to an empty towel and missing pig. He didn't know what to do once he was upstairs and was hiding in a corner. He did like running up the stairs even when he was older
She will do this ALL day, she doesn't like to go downstairs thankfully as that's too dangerous for my liking, but she loves to go up them, be carried back to the bottom, and then she runs back up again! Guinea Pigs can definitely jump very high and wide, it just depends whether your piggy wants to do it, they are all naturally physically capable of it I believe. I do have another, my eldest sow, she's 1 year 3 months, she loves to jump on top of the hideys which are over 1ft in height, but even my eldest has never attempted the stairs. Lottie should be in the piglympics
