My oreo i notice he lost 2 upper teeth, 1.how long for new growth? 2.recommendations on feeding, i assume i should hand feed..
3.also he uses a water bowl will drinking be issue since he missing teeth? Thank you in advance

I would syringe feed Oreo so he doesn't go hungry or starve.
I was told their teeth grow, but someone more experienced will be here to help you.

He needs to still be able to pick up and eat hay. Can he do that? If not, then you will need to syringe feed him to replace his fibre intake.
Veg can be cut into thin strips.
Can you see the stumps where the teeth broke off? Their teeth do regrow but It would be a good idea to see a vet to ensure the break is a good one.

Do you know how it happened? Did he have an accident or is he a bar biter? Weigh him daily to make sure he’s able to eat on his own. If he’s not able to pick up food himself then syringe feed. You should see them starting to come back within a few days. Veg strips are good too.

Hi

Incisors are very long teeth which run along the upper and lower jaw to roots sitting just in front of the grinding back teeth; they are about 4 cm long (over 1 1/2 in).

Can you see the break line of the teeth or not and are any stumps wobbly or not? Because we cannot tell you how far up and down the breaks have happened, we can't give you a time line. A break you can see takes between a week or two (depending on how far down) but a break further back can take several months to grow out fully.
What you need to be aware of is that the lower incisors will overgrow if they haven't got anything to abrade against; normally they constantly self-sharpen against the upper incisors. They may need burring/filing back at least once by a vet if the breaks are far enough down for the bottom incisors to overgrow too much to meet the upper incisors anymore.

Please weigh your guinea pig daily on your kitchen scales at the same time in the feeding cycle to monitor the food intake and adjust the extra feeding amount and frequency accordingly. If needed, offer extra softened pellets in a first step. You may have step in with syringe feeding support if your piggy keeps losing weight on the bowl feeding or when the lower incisors are overgrowing too much for the food pick up to be possible as the tongue is getting trapped behind the incisors can no longer help with the process.

You can offer bowl of mush twice daily (ideally hay based recovery formula but in a pinch, soaked pellets or a mix between pellets and formula will do). Your piggy will especially struggle with picking up hay and picking/cutting hard veg. Small strips of softer veg and herbs are easier to eat. It makes over three quarters of what a piggy eats in a day and which is what the mush is replacing.

You can find lots of practical tips and important information in this support care guide here: All About Syringe Feeding and Medicating Guinea Pigs with Videos and Pictures

Make sure you switch from the weekly weight checks and weigh him daily until his teeth grow back properly. Hay is the most important part of the diet (not veggies or pellets) so being sure he is eating enough hay can onoy be done with the weight checks.

Healthy piggies do not need to be supplemented with vitamin c and doing so can cause more harm than good. Piggies with a good balanced diet get all the vitamin c they need so supplementing them can mean they get more than is necessary. While excess is excreted in the urine, their bodies get used to abnormally high amounts which can cause scurvy symptoms if that level drops (even if the level it drops to would be considered normal to any other piggy)
