Lost 2 Guinea Pigs

Today 2 of our guinea pigs managed to escape and ran away through a hole under our fence. We've looked for the last two hours and can't find them. I spotted one in some bushes next to our house but it ran off somewhere and haven't seen it since. I think it/they may have ran down one of the drives on the other side. How far will they go? How can I find them again? Will they come back?

Some people have had success by leaving out a carrier with veg, hay and shelter for them. I hope you catch them.

i would put a carrier and a cardboard box turned upside down and stuff hay in there .also leave a bottle of water and some veg.place it somewhere where you know they are likely to visit,run, hutch .i hope you find your piggies safe.

Can only reiterate what others are saying. Try a piggy carrier with lots of hay inside so that they can hide and also to keep them warm. If they’ve a favourite food add plenty of this. Ask your neighbours too if they can keep an eye out too. Keeping my fingers crossed.
