My girl ginger keeps losing hair behind her ears I know that it's normal for them to have bald patches behind their ears but hers just gets bigger and bigger.

Could you please post a picture via the Attach Files button underneath your post.
Could you also please clarify whether both spots are still the same shape and size or not. If they still correspond, then it is most likely genetic; if not then there is something else behind it (like potentially a fungal or skin parasite issue.
