Fingers very firmly crossed! The wildfire they are closest to is the still uncontained Eaton fire, which could come their way at the very worst...

I am sure that the rescue is already helping with looking as many homeless guinea pigs as they can, as they have done in previous years...

I think that the winds are about to die down somewhat and they are still quite a fair way away but you can look it up on when you google on the maps.

But they can certainly do with any support for the coming weeks and even months, seeing how many people have lost their homes and won't be able to find accommodation that allows pets.
