I had Duke's toofies trimmed as per usual last thursday...... by wednesday of this week he was not eating properly not eating his cauli, corn, apple, canteloupe, carrot.... only really looking at his leafies which as you know means he gets a mucky butt he's barely touched his pellets either and he loves his Oxbow pellets :'( :'( :'( :'(
I phoned vets today and said i could just manage over the weekend if necessary, knowing they're always busy on friday's and saturday's, Tamara kindly said well if you're at all concerned come in anyways on saturday :smitten: I've got an appointment for first thing monday anyways O0 I'll assess him tomorrow morning again and then call them up and let them know O0
What concerns me is it will only be 9 days tomorrow (saturday) since his last anaes for his toofie trim i'm just hoping this is not too close together in timing..... i hate the fact they use the anaes but OZ vets have not been shown or taught how to do the wonders of toofie trim with out it... i sooooo wish one of your wonderful vets and rodentologists would come out here for a conference i know my vet would be there O0
so cross all paws i can get him back to eating again, he's lost weight and is also not terribly interested, he will eat tho if i shove it in his mouth... bless him he is sooo good :smitten: he's my precious little man and i'm worried :'( sorry just need a shoulder tonight i hate seeing him like this it brings back terrible memories :'( and now that he's over 6 it's getting harder to deal with ...
