I really need some advice on what to do it seems my guinea pigs front upper teeth are loose and I don't know what to do I've been making his foods more mushy so he can eat them without his front teeth hurting. I want him to recover safely and I don't have enough for vet care is there a way I can take care of this at home?

So sorry, he really should see a vet, is there any way a friend or family could lend you money to pay for it?
I would weigh your piggie everyday at the same time, record the weight and you should after a few days see a trend. If it’s a downward trend then you know he is losing weight and needs support feeding with mushed up pellets or critical care. You should be able to buy syringes (without the needle) at a pharmacy. It’s then a balancing act if he needs just a top ups a day or more support. You should be able to see this by weight changes. It should like he has an infection or trauma where his front teeth may have broken under the gum and that’s what is causing them to wobble. in that case they will drop out and you should then see new tooth growth break through the gums in a week or so
If in the other hand his weight is stable then he is eating enough food, make sure he is getting lots of hay as that should be 75% of his diet

Please do see a vet. Is there anybody who can help you financially?
You can’t do anything for dental issues at home.

Hay is the most important part of the diet. You need to switch from the routine weekly weight checks and instead weigh him daily. You must also step in with syringe feeding a fibre rich recovery feed to replace the hay he is not able to eat for himself.
You will need to use the daily weight checks to ensure you are getting enough syringe feed into him each day to keep his weight stable.

He still eats I've smashed up his food so he can eat it and he does. Also no I don't have anyone that can help lending money I'm using anti bacterial supplies that aren't too dangerous on my guinea pig to clean his teeth area so it won't get infected.

What food are you mashing for him?

Can he still pick up and eat enough hay for him to maintain his weight at each daily weight check? This is essential. If not, he needs to be syringe fed and you need to maintain his weight by offering a minimum of 60ml of syringe feed each day.
He needs a fibre rich recovery feed such as oxbow critical care or emeraid.

Using anti bac supplies will not cure the issue.
Please speak to a vet - they may be able to offer a payment plan. He really needs to have a proper vet check

Mashed carrots is most definitely not what he needs. They are too much sugar and don’t provide any fibre. It will cause him a lot of issues if you continue to do that.
A piggy who is not eating any or enough hay requires large amounts of fibre to be provided.
Please urgently step in and feed a fibre rich recovery feed which as oxbow critical care, emeraid or in an emergency you can mush normal guinea pig pellets with water.

Have you started with daily weight checks?

Please read the emergency and syringe feeding guides I linked in.
