gosh, we DO need a poetry corner, desperately... you guys keep posting the most beautiful poems and I keep losing them..

anyway, looking for this poem about someone who has died.

there is a line in there that says "I am not gone" sort of saying that every rustle in the trees and every star and every sunshine is them, and they will always be there.

Someone then said that they actually had that poem read on a funeral they attended not too long ago..

am just doing the newsletter for the old peoples home where I work and we had two deaths here recently, and I would like to include the poem...

Help, anyone? :(

Do you mean this one?

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
