Yes 26 Metal (plastic coated) Sheets - i suppose the plastic would be chewed through yes good point :{inbreeding
 
hey all, i've just ordered the exact item, came yesterday and the grids are good, large, well spaced holes and definately metal, quite weighty too!

Now I just need to work HOW you construct a c & c cage :{
 
Yep, bought the exact same ebay listing! I paid for them at the weekend and they were delivered on tuesday :) to be honest they dont feel like they've got plastic on them, they feel like painted metal, i mean they're cold to the touch like metal, heavy like metal, they're just cream in colouring.
They don't look or feel like they have a plastic coating, if thats what you mean. They are definately made of metal, I would say they've been painted.

That ebay seller is brilliant. I ordered these grids 12.30 Tuesday lunchtime and they arrived 11.00 am the next day. He also threw in some free cable ties!
 
wow I'm mega tempted now just gotto wait till i get paid :))

I'm gonna build a second level on c&c cage for piggies:))
