has anyone had any trouble putting there loft together, my piggies has been charging around and the loft is collapsing, what am i doing wrong. can someone show me a close upon how they put theirs up please.

Have you used cable ties as well as the connectors?

I don’t have a loft but I’ve got my c&c cage on a c&c stand if that makes sense? The bottom of the cage was forever collapsing and the sides popping off. I’ve now cable tied it within an inch of its life and it’s as solid as a rock! Can’t move the thing anywhere now though as it doesn’t fit through doors 🙄

My friend had loads of problems with hers and she was paranoid it was going to collapse and hurt the girls. She got those support bars you can get to help the loft stay up. I’m not sure where she got them from tho, I’ll have to ask her ❤️

We use a support bar for our 2x2 loft and all the grids are held together with cable ties (as well as connectors. Our 2x1 loft just has the connectors and cable ties. Hope this helps.

i think that will be the best option, i won’t be moving it once i have it nailed down, i will go and buy some cable. ties. thank you.

thank you everyone, i was unsure if it would need cable ties but it looks like most of you have used them. my hubby said he will make some bars to fit the loft too, just to make sure it will be safe, i would hate it to fall down and hurt them, they were lucky that they did it get hurt before.

We've cable tied every permanent panel join in our C&C, with 2 cable ties. I've left "access panels" on each cage section without cable ties that we can take off for cage cleaning but the loft and cage corners are securely cable tied in position always :)
