So I just got a new water bottle for my pigs and it’s a living world water bottle the problem is that I don’t think I’m attaching it correctly to my Midwest cage if you use these bottles please post a photo. Thanks!

I don't use the metal hook-on support which comes with the bottle, I wonder if it might be possible to put the bottle inside the cage if that is used as well as the spring clip?

I had similar water bottles (Honey and Hopper, glass bottles, same spring clip) and I attached it to the Midwest the same way @Qualcast&Flymo did with the C&C. You had to get the spacing right for the Midwest which was the only problem and I don't remember how many squares you needed to skip now. I want to say you clipped on one side and then the other side 2-3 squares away?
Put the bottle so the spout fits through the gap in the square and rests on top of the canvas, then put the spring clip around it. It's the easiest way to "fit" it right the first time and then afterwards you can just leave the spring clip hooked on unless you specifically want to move the bottle elsewhere.

It's not a Living World bottle in the picture (my boars literally broke theirs within a week or two of having it, and current bottle is the only type they seem unable to make leak too badly, much to their annoyance ), but the set up and attachments are the same as when it was a Living World one. I have a C&C cage.

Hope this is helpful. Have had mine for years but have actually ordered two new ones this week as time to replace I think. Mine are in inside of cage, on c&c the metal holder is one grid down from the top.

I believe that glass bottles can cause fires in hutches if in direct sunlight outside. Mine have always been indoors.

Thanks! It seems like i did do it wrong!
