Little piggy feet peeling! Help

Long story short, rescue piggy was walking on her toenails probably for a long time, cut them short and now her feet are peeling and sore. Any advice?

Try Gorgeous Guinea 'Perfect Paws' - I use this on our piggies feet after baths and nail clipping just to keep them nice
Possibly the bedding has caused this or sitting in wee etc. Check it's not the start of Bumblefoot which would need veterinary treatment.
I would be inclined to use a dab of Vaseline for now to soothe the skin.
