Little-pig & Pino

Just thought I would share some cute photos of Little-pig and Pino, Little-pig is actually the black and cream crested boy who is almost 3! Little-pig was recently diagnosed with an elongated tooth root and had to have a dental, he is now on twice daily metacam for the rest of his life.

Despite his recent diagnosis, he is doing extremely well! He is super happy to be in the company of another guinea pig after quite some time alone. I am hoping he can have a few years at least, although I do know from experience sadly dental problems can shorten the life expectancy.

As you can see despite little Pino only be almost 9 weeks old, he is almost as big as Little-pig! He weights 735 grams!
