The minimum for two pigs is 120cmx60cm, so this should be large enough at 140cm (dependent upon the width). You want to check how the access is to it, as if it is just small doors you may find it more difficult to get them out. Have you looked at C+C cages, this gives a little more flexibility and you can give your boars a bit more space.

How well bonded are they and what are their ages if they are not adult yet then the bigger the better as they are less likely to fall out when they get hormonal if they have lots of space

I got them together - was told they are littermates but I don't believe they are. They are approximately 15 weeks old. Currently they are in a temporary Ferplast 100 cage and are out every evening when we get home from work. Looking for a bigger cage before they get bigger.

How do I tell how well bonded they are? Right now they follow each other around all the time. One steals food from the other's mouth but they don't complain. The bigger one tries to mount the smaller one every now and then but the smaller one just darts out of the way. Never saw them fight.

Hi, hubby doesn't like the C+C cages although I keep trying to tell him it's the best option so have to look for commercial cages it looks like :(

seems like a nice size to me. There is a cage from littlepetwarehouse under the thread back in stock that is 1 metre square but not sure of the price. You could just add a run to the cage you have to save wasting it. Good luck
