Litter box tipping

Patches my 6 year old guinea pig has decided it would be a great idea to tip over her litter box. After that she sleep in the litter. In turn she smells like unpleasant things.
Should i be concerned about urine scalding, or am i just over reacting?

Urine scalding should not really be a concern here; whatever you're using to fill the trays will have absorbed most of it anyway. It certainly isn't a nice sleeping environment though!

My litter trays have a little hole in the rim; I secure it to the cage bars with a bit of wire so they can't tip it. My older boar likes to headbutt it all over the cage otherwise. mallethead
