Litte brown things in my guinea pigs fur?

Hi! I just made this account to ask if anyone knows what these things are? I've just bought a brush for my guinea pig, and I noticed these little brown things. Also, when I was taking out the fur out of the brush I could see a lot of the same little dots.
The only thing I noticed is that they weren't moving. I am really nervous right now because I never seen anything like this on my guinea pig so please tell me if you have any idea what this is and if I should bring my guinea pig to a vet.
