My guinea pig has had a small bump under his front arm for a while, you can't visibly see it, but you can feel it. We recently had him neutered which required a health check from our vet but he didn't mention it. After he got neutered and went back for another checkup he didn't mention anything either. I'm pretty sure it's harmless, since it doesn't seem to hurt him when I go to feel it and it hasn't grown at all. It's kinda like a hard little circular ball. I don't think it's anything I should be concerned about, but I'd like to check.
 
Please do return to the vet and have them give the the lump a hands on check. All lumps require a hands on check given there are a multitude of possibilities, we cannot guess what it might be or whether it is anything to be concerned about.
