So, we have a wooden cage inside and currently use the correx we had in their c and c cage (badly cut) to protect the bottom, I am wanting to use lino to line the bottom and up the sides slightly to protect the wood and was wondering, anyone who has done this with hutches or inside cages how do you attach the lino to the wood? Do you use nails? Glue? Staples?

Hi,
I've had this in the past too. At the time I had a homemade wooden hutch with linoleum on the bottom.
I never attached the linoleum. It's quite heavy stuff and the guinea pigs have never done anything with it. Of course, a layer of bedding cover on top.
I didn't have the linoleum touching the edges. I had the wood covered with good paint and this was always more than enough to protect the wood.
