Large lump

I have a beautiful female Guinea pig who had a lump under the skin. That slowly developed into a very large cyst with black toothpaste like pus. Please don't judge me but I took her to the vet and the vet felt it was a tumour that would make her impacted and expected her to die. That was over a year ago. Its large but she is by bothered by it at all. She is very happy and spritely (the loudest squeaker at feeding time climbing up bars) and eats very well. Otherwise she looks really healthy. She now has another area so now I'm uncertain what to do? I don't think she would survive surgery as always been little

Do you have a more piggy savvy vet you can access? It would really help us if you please added your country, state/province or UK details to location in your account details (accessed by clicking on your username on the top bar) as we are dealing with enquiries and members from literally all over the world with very different conditions in terms of climate, general background, vet and rescue access, medical and other brand names etc...

Size is actually not an issue; I have had several sows that were on the small side around 700-800g go though full operations, like bladder stone removal or spaying operation (in one case even repeatedly) and they did well.

Any lump needs to be seen and vet checked.
