Junior Guinea Pig
Hi there,
We are currently going through loads of bedding options to try and find the softest, most absorbant but affordable option.
Started with Guineadad fleece which was brilliant but we don't fully understand our rented washing machine and the option turned a bit complicated. Pigs absolutely loved it.
Switched to Aubiose which is extremely absorbant but not that soft for them.
Currently on Medibed with a layer of Aubiose underneath. Medibed seems very soft and will do for short term.
Have seen the Fitch bedding which is what I really want, but in order to make it affordable at £15 a bale you need to buy 12 bales of which we don't have the room.
Have now seen this Kaytee clean and cosy but I can't work out how long a bag (85 litres) would last? Does anyone have any experience of using it with a similar cage size......we have C+C 6x2 cage with a 2x2 loft.
Thank you very much and if there is a highly rated soft, affordable option instead that goes a long way then please let me know.
