ok so i just picked up my new piggy (she is beautiful) and this is my first time bonding piggys as my other 3 came together. first i took them out of their normal cage and i have them in a nutral invirement so i can watch them. So far alot of rumble strutting and a few nips but for the most part its going ok. What should i watch for and how long should i keep them in a nutral invirement? i have all four in the cage should i do it one by one? Also i just cleaned their cage yesterday should i clean it out again?. and just while I'm typing this they seem to be bullying her.. at what point should i separate?

Have a read of the bonding threads - they are invaluable.
Did you give your new girl time to settle into her new environment?

I found bonding 2 pairs was more stressful for me than the piggies

I will read. and no i havent put her in the new home yet i have had them bonding . First i put her with all the piggys at once and they seemed to pick on her so i took her and put her in another box and have been putting them in with her one by one and it seems to be going alot smoother.

I'm just nervous because theres alot of squeeling and i dont know if thats normal.

Hi!
Please have a read of these very detailed guides here. You should find them very helpful:
Bonding: Illustrated Dominance Behaviours And Dynamics
Sow Behaviour

Please leave your sows together for a few hours and until they have ideally sorted out through the worst of the dominance. The higher your newbie punches in the hierarchy, the stronger it usually is. So far, the behaviour is still on the mild side.
Younger sows are often more accepting of others than older ones.

thank you should i keep them in the neutral teritory or place them in their home. and if they lunge at each other should i remove her?

So read the guide you posted and i noticed 2 things. one there was licking of the ear (power grooming ) So i guess thats good as its a sign of acceptance. But there was also chinning up but i notice the older sow would raise her chin up high and the new one would just keep her head down. is that ok?

My understanding is that the higher the chin the higher the piggy is in the hierarchy. My lot have chin offs occasionally when they have annoyed each other and whoever has the highest chin wins the argument.

She never raised her head at all so is that a sign of submission? and 2 out of 3 of them were grooming her so thats good right?

I got her from the same place as i got the other 3 from so i think they were in the same cage. I just got her a month or so later. Can they still have that bond or is it after so much time you have to rebond them?

They have been like this for the past 15 -20 min no noise except ocassional rumble and . The white one has been grooming the newby a little. Should I clean their cage out and put them in?
