Just found this on my guinea pigs behind. Any idea on what is this?

He is not in pain. He eats and gains weight normaly. I have no idea on what's this and I'm really concerned. He will be taken to a vet ofc, i just want to calm down a bit.

That looks as if it could be a sebaceous cyst, though there are other things that could look like that so you are absolutely doing the right thing by taking him to the vet. I hope all goes well.
Thank you for the quick reply. Since I discovered it I have been panicking all over the place hehe
 
I’m not an expert but depending where it is on the bottom it could be the grease gland - best to get it checked by the vet tho

I think most guinea pig (or any pet really) owners have been there at some point! Somehow, they will always manage to come up with the things you haven’t prepared for or read about.
