Do I need to put the plastic cage and plastic Igloo hindout outside under the sun tomorrow for another thirty minutes to reduce the risk of exposing of paint odor or smell?

No there really is no need, as they will not have absorbed the paint odor.
However if you are concerned and this will help you feel better than of course it is fine to do so.
But they are fine as they are and present no risk to your piggies.
