Jerking movement help please I’m worried !

My guinea pig had an operation last week to remove a mass from his abdomen and has been doing fine since. I just had a cuddle with him then put him back in his room, he went for a pee and poo then walked around then suddenly started doing a jerking movement forward, kind of looked like retching. He did it about 6 times then carried on walking then found some grass but started suddenly doing the jerking movement again for about 25 secs then lay down, and kind of sticks out his bum as he does it. I got it on camera , so have attached a snippet of the video - I had to do it as a gif and quality has gone quite bad sorry.

He did another poo after and hasn’t done movement again and is now in bed eating his veggies but I’m worried about what it was. He has had hiccups before and they didn’t look like that so just wondering if anyone knows what it was?

I would get him to the vet if possible. I can’t say what it could be as I have no clue. How has his weight been and how has he been in himself?

His weight went down after his operation from 1070g (before op) to 980g but we have been feeding him lots and today he is 1017g so hopefully will keep getting better as his appetite comes back (he lost it after op and while he was on his antibiotics, which thankfully we have now stopped).
He seems fine and is jumping around cage eating at the moment, just worried what caused the jerking movement so suddenly.

Course having had a op etc you really need to talk to the vet asap.. hope it's nothing and passes.
