You can buy a product containing Ivermectin. It's called Beaphar Spot-On and is available from some pet shops. It's available for gerbils and hamsters (low dose) and rabbits and guinea pigs (higher dose).
I agree with MaryH on that one. You know what you are getting from a vet. I think you can buy it on petmeds.co.uk but only with a prescription from a vet.
You can buy from wormers.co.uk with a prescription from a vet, It is much cheaper - buying 50mls direct from the vet costs £60 but only £27 from the internet with a prescription. 50mls is the smallest size they do as a rescue we can use that much but if you only have a few piggies I would get it direct from the vet.
I got mine from here and it did the trick. It came in a couple of days too. I got the one with 9 tubes which is the Xeno 50 but you may need to use 3 tubes for an 800g guinea pig.
