Ivermectin Question

Hi there, please could someone give me some ivermectin advice. Currently I use

but with 10 guineas, a bottle does not last very long and it has HUGELY gone up in price in recent years.

Could someone please recommend is there a better way to buy suitable ivermectin, that is more economical? Links appreciated. Thank you
