Hi there, thats a nice looking wee hutch, youll need to post some pics once your piggies are in residence. :)

the dimensions are (W)100 x (D)55 x (H) 100cm

i will post some pics
i really like it
and they way it opens for cleaning
we also has a 6ft run for the days we will be in the garden alot i just need to make a mesh top for it eith a lil hook
i dont know when they will be going in it as they r indoor at the moment and i dont want to put them in it if its still too cold

i hopefully want to get them living outside all thr time but ive got just under a year to research this
but i will be keeping their indoor cage incase we have a really cold winter
and they are staying with my friend for a week in her house while we go on holiday in sept

Thanks for the dimensions. I'm hopeless with technology. I still call my brother to refresh the page or load a photo. rolleyes

I'm looking for inspiation for a summer garden hutch. We gave our old one away years ago but I think we could do with one now.

well the hutch has arrived this morning only waited 2days for it which was great.
I've put it together as it came flat packed (groan)
but wasn't too bad and the hutch feels really sturdy and good quality
now I am freezing from being outside

do you think it's too cold to put them out yet...
hubby said it is : O
but i dunno the sun it out and it's 6 degrees outside

If they are indoor pigs they need to stay indoors while the spring and even then be careful as night time temperatures can get very cold.

If you are thinking to pop them outside during the day and bring them back in at night, then please consider that indoor and outdoor temperatures in the winter are so different your Piggies could very well develop respiratory infections.

Also, a hutch cover would be a good investment to keep the wind and rain out.

ok what I have done is brought the hutch iside so they can get used to their new home and put it in the kitchen where it's slightly cooler than my front room
then eventually they will go outside
I imagine this will help with the change from indoor to outdoor in a couple of months...
and with it being cooler in my kitchen I'm hoping it will help with the move lol
