Canada, eh?
Finished it yesterday, didn't take long, but Ivan absolutely adores it! When he runs laps around his cage he races up and down the ramp, into his bed up there and out, and he even popcorns down the ramp (heehee!)
It's not much to look at, I know, but I'm proud of it and Ivan has a ton more room to run around. Will soon be getting some more cubes and building a second and possibly third floor or Cookie's part of the cage. Ivan will be getting neutered soon so everyone will have a lot of room to run around and be happier together! Anyway, back to the pictures... :))

The cage looks great and Ivan is so cute

Ivan is so cute. Is that his potential wife in the cage next door?

Thank you! Well, that's the already-wife. :)) I can't wait to put them back together- Ivan and Cookie spend at least an hour a day gnawing the bars trying to get through to each other. It's so sad, they miss each other so much! They'll be much happier as soon as I take away the divider.

it looks fab! did you tie wrap the ramp on? do you have anything under the towel?

(I am currently trying to sort out housing myself for when I get g/pigsdrool! )

Thank you! Here is what I did-
What I did was take two cubes and tie them together with a wire tie so that it fit perfectly between the divider and top floor (usually black, long and you slide and pull them through a little opening to tighten them, which is probably what you mean, just making sure.) I tied the ramp to the top floor at both edges, very tight. No, I do not have anything under the towel, pigs slip on cardboard (well, mine do) and Ivan has a habit of tearing his towel off the ramp and dragging it into his house, so there is no mesh- I don't want it to fall on him and he refuses to walk on it anyway. He never slips on the ramp he has right now, in fact, he gets around just as well as if he's on the ground.

thanks for that hun, yes tie wraps are what you describe them as lol (hubby can get loads of these from workdrool)

so many ideas, I really need to start measuring out:{

where did you get the fleecy bed thing? just curious! and what do you have inside the green igloo, fleece?

No problem, Rubybubbles- glad I could help! I bet your piggy's house will go great! ;)
Yes, I have fleece in Ivan's igloo, and I got his sheep-wool cuddle - cup from Petsmart. It was originally ment for ferrets, but I though Ivan would like it. :)

He definitely looks a happy piggy and i bet he will be even happier when he can snuggle with his wife! My only worry would be is leg getting trapped where the correx does not reach the edge of the ramp leaving a hole or it that normally covered in fleece?

It's okay, it's usually covered in fleece. Thank you, I sure hope he is happy- I sure try to keep him that way! :)
