Here's what it looks like in use at my house. I didn't use the supplied cage accessories as I like mine better. But you can see there's heaps of room for my 2 boys.

For 2 boars minimum size is supposed to be 150 x 60 so at 100 x 100 this is bigger than the minimum. For 2 girls I think minimum is 120 x 60 so yes I think at 100 x 100 this could fit 3 girls.

I do like the look of that cage I must admit, I also like how they sell cages right up to 180cm long which is fantastic for people unable or unwilling to use C&C such as myself. I love my little ferplast 120 though so will be sticking with that for the forseable future

They are definitely the best site I have found for large indoor ready made cages. Too bad we have nothing like them in OZ. It cost me far more than the cage to have it shipped over here, but the boys & I are very happy with it so feel it was worth it & should last their lifetimes.

I think all of these cage are made using old ferplast moulds and if so they should indeed last a long time as ferplast are a sturdy brand :-) If you dont mind me asking how much was postage over to you?

Yes the family thinks I'm mad. My son keeps shaking his finger at my boys saying "I hope you realise you're the luckiest guinea pigs in the world". But I quit smoking just before I got the piggies so am really only spending ciggie money on them!

Thats a good way to think about it and I dont know if AUS you're like the states but think of the health insurance benefits for not smoking on top of actual cost of the ciggies too!

Out health system is like the UK - we have the national health scheme called Medicare & private health insurance. At the moment the private health insurance companies do not differentiate between smokers & non-smokers. However, my life insurance premiums got cut in half after I had stopped smoking for 12 months (it's been 4 years now) so did get a huge saving there.

Every other cage I had (purchased here in OZ & I've gone through 3 of them) gave me one problem or another. This cage from the UK has turned out to be absolutely perfect for me & the boys, so well worth the exorbitant shipping cost! However, as I mentioned, I'm actually only spending the money on the piggies that I used to spend on fags. Every month I put aside the money I used to spend on ciggies. Over 4 years I've accumulated a fair amount. As you can't get pet insurance for piggies here & one of the boys has to have monthly dentals, the ciggie fund has been a lifesaver.
