Radar has 2 days left of Itrafungol. all is cleared up and looking great. One other piggie now looks like lice out of nowhere. would it be safe to treat Radar for a both? I noticed his itching is more than norm. no signs of ringworm but could be lice related?

Lice are pale crawling creatures
Mites cannot be seen but you can only see their evidence

If you suspect mites or lice then please have both your piggy seen by a vet for diagnosis and prescribed treatment

Itrafungol and ivermevtin together could be quite dangerous as the itrafungol inhibits the way that the body keeps ivermectin out of the mammalian nervous system.
So definitely consult the vet first- for severe mange mites it may be a risk worth taking with very careful dose calculations but for lice or hay mites which are annoying but not very harmful probably best the wait a week after the itrafungol course is finished before using ivermectin.
