I recently built a loft for my 2 boars and at first they wouldnt go up there at all but now they practically live in there. The problem is that one of them insists to sit right at the opening where the ramp is so if the other one wants to go down he cant. A few times I moved him out of the way and as soon as I do the other one moves around freely drinking and eating or sometimes coming down to the lower level of the cage. As long as the one is sitting by that ramp the other one does not move. I am not sure if there is a territorial thing going on. Any suggestions on fixing this problem? I was thinking of making another ramp but it is going to take a lot of there floor space in the lower cage. Here is a pic of the cage. Thanks.upgrade.webp

There is a bit of a bullying game going on with your dominant boy blocking the exit. A second ramp would be best solution even if takes a lot of space.

You could put a mid level across the cage at the base of the ramps, they can jump onto low levels, that way you can retain the floor space. In fact looking at your current setup you could put another ramp down to that wicker tunnel.
