Is this toy safe?

I bought this toy for myself at Christmas, yet do not seem to find it that satisfying. On many guinea pig websites, people suggest baby blocks as guinea pig toys, so I was wondering if this would suffice as an extra toy. Its website states that it is for all ages, and does not say that it is poisonous etc.
Does anyone know/ has tried this with a guinea pig?

@ThePotterPiggie I wouldn't give them it as it could be made of wood that easily splinters if they chew it and I'm sure they have a piece of elastic running through them.

I agree with Jaycey. The paints and/or wood might not be pet safe, and if they nibbled one of the blocks off there is no way to tell what is inside.
Stick with an old toilet roll stuffed with hay - easier, cheaper and pretty safe.
