Is this toy house safe?

I use a sea grass tunnel, as a permanent cage hidey, and never seen a problem with it

Ive had a grass tunnel and found that after a short while from their nibbling who whole thing came undone. Not sure if it will be the same problem with that or not.

I used seagrass tunnels as hideys in my cage, only swapped out when Blitzen repeatedly used one as a toilet (it was always just the one) or when Comet had decided to eat the whole thing. That said the dimensions of that look off, unless they're using a photo of the small one for the big one too, there's no way the one in the image is half a metre long.

We regularly buy that exact same house for our piggies and we've never had any issues, mostly they dont eat too much of it and it lasts until it smells too bad to keep using (poops get stuck between the weaving and it sure soaks up the pee!) but one time they ate the whole front off with no ill effects!

As for the dimesions ours is 36cm x 28cm x 25cm and comfortably fits 2 piggies in, the doorways are generously sized for the fuller figured piggy. The only downside is that it is flatpacked and hinged with string and needs tying to the cage bars to stay upright, piggy daddy calls this design "the collapsey house" as unless you add extra cable ties or string then the piggies (I am specifically referring to Mad Lady Piggle here) delight in collapsing it on each other!
