Hi we are currently trying to bond two guinea pigs and so have split the cage in two with some grids. I have attatched the photos below. Does it look safe? I dont want any paws or teeth to get stuck.

Overlapping grids is very common practice (usually as a way of making the holes smaller). It should be fine but you obviously need to keep an eye on it.

It should be ok, but best to keep an eye on it as the gaps are quite uneven and multilayered.
Can I ask if there is a reason you have overlapping grids between the cages?
If the piggies are babies (very, very small), then this makes sense, but if not just a single layer of grids should be fine.

One of them is a baby :)
