Is This Paint Pet Safe?

I am mainly looking for a paint that i can use to painy a lid with (for the gerbils cage) but if possible i want to use it to paint some toys for the Guinea Pigs

Hmm okay, ill scrap making toys with it but would it be okay to make a lid out of? (Sorry i know this isnt the gerbil forum or anything but I'm really now sure) they wouldn't chew it all that much?
