Please refer to this guide: " Biting" And What You Can Do (Biting, Tweaking, Nibbling and Nipping)
How long ago did you get your piggy? Bonding takes a long time and trust between us (giant scary monsters) and guinea pigs (prey animals) is not always an easy road. Is your piggy solo, or does she have a friend?
I get "just give me the food already" nips, "why is this hand not petting me" nips, "what's this" nips and "leave my nails and teeth alone" nips but I don't take any of them to mean "I hate you"
Is she a single piggy? If she is, please consider getting her a same sex mate; guinea pigs are group animals and not wired to live on their own. A human cannot replace the complex social life and round the clock companionship that they need. Your little piggy will be a lot happier with a mate and that will reflect back on your relationship. Companionship of her own kind is the single most precious loving gift you can ever make her.
Right now you are at the receiving end of any social interaction and that is not just your own not quite realistic human concept of an animated cuddly toy but her own social cavy demands that she is projecting onto you by default. Single Guinea Pigs - Challenges and Responsibilities (contains a chapter on guinea pig social expectations on you and how that comes out when human and cavy social concepts clash)
