I think is looks big enough...may be wrong though I'm not the best of hutch sizes.
Only thing is that it might be pretty cold and drafty if just left outside all winter. Or will they be moved into garage or shed?

It is big enough for 2 pigs but a 5ft hutch would be better for 3 pigs. Have a look at this thread for some ideas about winter housing.

You would definitely need to move it indoors/into a shed in winter as most of it isn't closed in at all.
Also if you have any foxes, they could dig under that in a flash.

I have a 5ft double decker Primrose Cottage from Pets @ Home. Unfortunately, my two girls won't venture up the ramp! 
Either way though, I have cleaned it and covered it over for rest during the next 5 months and am keeping them inside all the time. Even though they've been outside during the summer during the day, they have always come in for the night, each night.
That looks a lovely hutch mind and with the running space beneath, but should they wish to venture out downstairs during the night, it would be very, very cold for them. Ideal for the spring/summer though, they will have great fun.
