Is this normal?

My Piggie (Snowdrop) is currently running laps around her cage and jumping up and down, and then she'll climb on the roof of her box and start bucking up and down? Oh, and now her sisters doing it to and they are chasing each other?

They are usually pretty active, but I've never seen them go this nuts (had them about 10 days)! Wondering if it was normal?

Phew! Never seen these two girlies go so hyper - was very amusing to watch I must admit! So happy it's probably a good thing

yes it sounds like they're popcorning which means they're happy! Do you have anywhere pig proof that you can let them have floor time? Hide all wires and block all holes and put hideys and tunnels down with some treats to find. They'll love it! Otherwise the early learning centre sells a ball pit that can be used for an indoor run x

They get floor time most nights - I have a 6ft by about 4ft area of wooden floor which is wire/hidey hole free. I manage to get them out most nights for at least an hour and then on my days off they get most of the day out in there. I put boxes, a treat bowl, a chube and a chewey ball thing on their floor them They seem to like it, but still haven't seen them go as crazy as they did this morning lol.
