About 3 weeks ago, I brought my guinea pig to a vet because his loud squeaks were rather airy (almost like wheezing) and the doctor said that he "couldn't hear anything unusual." He also told me that I should bear in mind that Chiku is old (he is 6) and that the wheezing when he tries to scream might be normal. The doctor did, however, prescribe antibiotics to be safe.

Now, 3 weeks later, I am noticing that his body rocks back and forth ever so slightly while he's sitting or standing still (please see video). Could someone please tell me if this is normal?

He is otherwise, eating and drinking per usual. I lost my other piggie last year and I have been very paranoid about Chiku ever since, especially because he is getting old.
