Is this normal behavior or stomach problems?

Hello, you all, hope everyone's fine!

So, today I noticed Dulce doing something I haven't seen or noticed in these two years of her existence: she was looking fine, just waking from a nap and suddenly she was standing and doing something like tucking her belly really fast, for 5 or 6 times. Do you know when dogs or cats are trying to force vomit or something like that, to spit a ball of fur? It was pretty much like that, but without opening her mouth or trying to get something out, it was just the belly movement. Since it was something I've never seen, a complete strange behavior, I was wondering if this is something normal or should I be worried?
As far as I know, guinea pigs don't vomit, right? I tried researching something about it and all I got was posts about lumps, diarrhea, bloat and some other things I think don't apply to the case.
Poops are fine, pee is fine, water and food intake are fine, she's behaving normally (active, sleeping, everything regular). So, is it something normal or a visit to the vet is imminent?

Thanks for your help!

You're right, guinea pigs don't have a vomit reflex. I would keep a close eye on her, if she does it again or if her appetite or behaviour change then speak to a vet. It is a possible sign of pain .

Its something to keep an eye on and probably worth a vet check, it could be something harmless like hiccups (piggies can get very dramatic hiccups!) but that tensing up straining thing may be the first sign of urinary infection or slightly unsettled guts- both can present similarly to what you describe.

Thanks for the quick replies! Ok, I'll keep an eye on it, but I assume it's better to pay a visit to the vet to rule out any harmful thing. We're lucky to have a very good vet so near and it's already time for a check-up visit. Guess it's gonna be the best for Dulce and Basti as well. Time to get the girls checked! <3

You should get piggy checked out by the vet.
