Is this hay rack safe?

So I was looking for a new hay rack for my two guinea pigs and I came across this one: Amazon.co.uk: Kaytee Natural Large Hay Manger: Pet Supplies Store it said it was made out of pine wood in an article I read about it. I've heard something about pine that's bad for guinea pigs. I'm not sure whether this is the same pine or not. Any suggestions if this is good or bad? If you think of another hay rack please let me know!

Kiln dried pine is fine but it doesn't say whether it is or not

I don't use hay racks at all. I just give them a massive pile to burrow into. Perhaps try and find it on the manufacturers site to see if there is more info on the type of pine used
