Is This Hay Rack Safe?

I've just bought a hayrack, but I am looking at it now and I'm not sure it is safe. The space between the bars is 4cm, I was wondering if there heads might get stuck.

I have this one but in a smaller size. The bars are much closer together than this one, I wouldn't be comfortable using it just from seeing others posts about them getting stuck

Perhaps I'm meant to put it on the outside of the cage, rather than the inside. But then I'm going to get loads of hay on the floor. I might try and take it back.

Yes you would get lots! Mine is on the inside and there's always hay on the floor still

I was looking for some new piggle items to and came across that i thought the same thing, there was a free standing one being sold with it to but i think my piggles would throw that one about

cat litter tray lined with newspaper and hay makes a safe hay tray ?pets at home online do a hay crate which is good,mine jump in and out of it !
